The PIRQS consist of one expectation analysis, one visit at the premises and the report. The report consist of information on digital visibility, brand profile communication and tone of voice.  The aim of the report is to highlight the areas where there are dissonance between presentation and implementation, either in a negative or positive way, and give you a mapping of the communication status.

PROGRESS PLAN

After we have entered into an agreement on a report and visit by us, we start the work of information gathering and mapping. Here we go through publicly available information in the channels that most people use on the internet. Based on this, we create an expectation analysis, which is the basis for the next step, the visit. The time we normally spend on this phase is 1 – 2 weeks.

The next phase is a visit to the site, preferably as a secret guest, where you can try out the offers and check the points in the lists. Our consultants want to experience the product as all other customers do, and base their feedback on what is actually delivered. We make an agreement about the visit that is right for you and your product.

Maximum 2 weeks after the visit, the report is finished and will be delivered to you digitally. This will be your new tool in the work with coordinating and updating different channels with information and offers, and being aware of the small destructive details before the customers are.

THE REPORT

The report is the product you buy, and is you new tool in the marketing work. The report puts many aspects of the operation in your premises under the magnifying glass.

After a period of adjustment, we are happy to follow up with a new round, to see how the improvements can be even greater.
